Each player is permitted to hold only one active youtaya account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Any attempt to exploit software errors, manipulate game outcomes, use prohibited software, collude with other players, or engage in bonus abuse will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and youtaya. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
youtaya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email to your registered address.
These Terms and Conditions are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translations and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
Participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the youtaya Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, consistent with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. youtaya employs automated and manual age verification measures at registration. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and all balances will be forfeited. youtaya reserves the right to report underage gambling to the relevant regulatory authorities.
The Platform is designed and intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is strictly forbidden. youtaya reserves the right to block access, suspend Accounts, or decline transactions from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the youtaya Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate Accounts, youtaya will close all Accounts associated with that individual except the first registered Account, void all transactions placed from duplicate Accounts, and forfeit all balances held in duplicate Accounts. Bonuses obtained through duplicate Account activity will be permanently forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. youtaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify youtaya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
youtaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Account holder at any time, including but not limited to: valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by youtaya may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
youtaya reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; the Player is suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Players may also voluntarily request Account closure by contacting [email protected].
youtaya supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank Direct, UnionBank online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Cebuana Lhuillier ePadala. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. youtaya does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
All funds deposited to your youtaya Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. youtaya reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to close the associated Account. Deposit processing times depend on the payment method used; GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit instantly, while bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the youtaya Account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
youtaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using strategies that exploit bonus terms; placing opposite bets to lock in guaranteed profits using Bonus Balance; or any other conduct that youtaya determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes abuse of its promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All games offered on the youtaya Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
All non-live casino games on the youtaya Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Past game outcomes have no influence on future outcomes in any RNG-based game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that causes an incorrect display of game results or an erroneous credit to a Player's Account, youtaya reserves the right to void the affected round and reverse any erroneous credit. youtaya shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle for all game errors.
Live dealer game results as determined by the live dealer and confirmed on the physical gaming table constitute the official result. In the event of any dispute regarding a live game outcome, the video recording of the relevant session shall be the determining evidence. youtaya's decision regarding live game disputes is final.
Bets placed on the youtaya sports book are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. It is the Player's responsibility to verify odds before confirming a wager. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding regardless of any subsequent odds movements.
youtaya reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event is not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled start time (unless otherwise specified); there is clear evidence that odds were published in error; the outcome of the event had already been determined at the time the bet was placed; or any other circumstance that youtaya, in its sole discretion, determines warrants voiding. Void bets are refunded at the stake amount.
Bets on Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games and UAAP competitions are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. youtaya's settlement decisions for local Philippine sports events are final. Quarter-specific and period-specific bets are settled based on the official score at the end of the specified period, regardless of subsequent overtime periods unless otherwise stated.
Bets placed on online sabong events are subject to the specific rules of the streaming arena and the governing body of the relevant bout. In the event of a technical failure of the live stream during a bout, youtaya reserves the right to void all bets on the affected match. youtaya accepts no liability for bets placed on events where the result was corrupted or unclear due to streaming or arena technical failures.

Players who become aware that a minor may have accessed their Account must immediately notify youtaya at [email protected]. All content on the youtaya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof, is the property of youtaya or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content; modification or creation of derivative works; commercial exploitation of any Platform content; or any use that is not expressly authorized by these Terms and Conditions.
The youtaya name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of youtaya. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of youtaya.
youtaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
youtaya does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be taken offline for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or in response to regulatory requirements. youtaya accepts no liability for losses incurred by Players as a result of Platform unavailability.
Gambling involves financial risk. By participating in real-money gaming and betting at youtaya, you acknowledge that you may lose all funds wagered. youtaya accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform shall first be submitted to youtaya's customer support team at [email protected] for an attempt at informal resolution.
If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines. Players and youtaya each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the informal process.
youtaya's decisions regarding Account suspension, bonus forfeiture, bet voiding, and game outcome disputes are final and binding, subject to the Player's right to escalate unresolved complaints through appropriate regulatory channels.
youtaya reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Material amendments that significantly affect Player rights will be communicated by email to registered Account holders at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].
